The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Imkan platform (IMKAN.TOURS), including its owner and operator Bee Global Bahrain W.L.L, from any claims, lawsuits, legal actions, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees and settlements) that arise directly or indirectly from any of the following:

1. The user's use or misuse of the services or the platform.
2. The use of services by any third party through the user's data (such as email, phone number, PIN, or any other identifier).
3. The user's violation of any of the terms and conditions or policies adopted on the platform.
4. Any losses, liabilities, or claims borne by IMKAN as a result of the user providing unlawful content, inaccurate information, infringement of third-party rights, or any other breach of these terms or policies.
5. Tax obligations including value-added tax or any other taxes or fees that IMKAN may bear as a result of the user's failure to comply with their tax requirements in any jurisdiction.

This clause does not prejudice any other rights of IMKAN set forth in these terms or under the laws in force in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
